CASE (Center for Social and Economic Research) fellow advising on economic reforms to the governments and/or NGOs in: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Moldova, Montenegro and Kosovo since 1997 to 2011. Member of the Board of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister of Poland in years 2008-2010. Author of a number of papers and reports related to macroeconomic policy, labour markets and social policy mainly in Central and Eastern Europe.
